Barons has supplied furniture and soft furnishings to Swimbridge House Nursing Home. Located in Barnstable, North Devon, this facility provides nursing care to residents aged over 65.

Its popularity with residents and their families prompted the nursing home’s management to expand its capacity with a new wing. This expansion was completed in June 2019 and brought an additional 15 beds to the complex, bringing the care home’s total number of residential rooms to 44.

As part of this renovation and expansion work, Swimbridge House Nursing Home enlisted the help of Barons to select products and fabric options, as well as supply bedroom furniture, beds and soft furnishings.

The Barons team was delighted to help furnish a luxurious care home environment that is both practical for its staff and wonderfully comfortable for its residents.
